1. 25% Retail Profit (Weekly)

Independent Business Owners (IBOs) can earn a 25% Retail Profit when their customers purchase GOFoods products. When customers buy from you directly, you keep the profit (the difference between the wholesale and retail price).

2. 10-25% Personal Sales Bonus (Monthly)

GOFoods Global will help you maximize your personal sales by paying you back 10% to 25% based on a graduated scale of how much personal volume you generate in a given calendar month. This volume can come through the GO Party program, website sales, or your regular customer base.

Sales Bonus Scale (based on IBO accumulated PV within a calendar month)

This bonus is funded through the total PV of a qualifying IBO. Funds used to pay this bonus are removed from payout through unilevel compensation, thus ensuring there is no double payment or any increase of commission payout.

Your initial IBO order does not count towards your Personal Sales Bonus.

3. Fast Start Bonus (Weekly)

GOFoods offers a weekly commission called a Fast Start* Bonus and is paid on a new IBO’s initial order. GOFoods pays out 50% of CV (commissionable volume). 70–90% of payout of a new IBO’s initial order is paid out in Fast Start bonuses and the remaining 10–30% is set aside for our Incentives Program.

When someone signs up as a new IBO, you can get a percentage payout of his or her initial order. The actual payout depends on which PV club level you belong to; members of the 100, 200, and 500 clubs earn 20%, 25%, and 30% respectively. So you can earn up to 30% in fast start bonuses on personally enrolled IBOs’ initial orders. That’s a great deal!

And it gets even better. As a 500 Club member you can also receive an additional 10% on your second level enrollees’ initial order and 5% on your third level, based on sponsorship. As a 200 Club member, you can receive 25% of your personally enrolled IBO’s initial order and an additional 10% on your second level enrollees’ initial order, based on sponsorship in the enrollment tree. As a 100 Club member you can receive 20% of your personally enrolled IBO’s initial order.

The Fast Start commission was designed to help jump-start a new IBO’s training and get money quickly to an IBO. IBOs at all levels can participate in Fast Start commissions by enrolling a new IBO meeting the minimum qualifications.

With the 3-Level Fast Start Bonus, you can now be rewarded, not only with a great Fast Start bonus on your personally enrolled IBO’s initial order, but for duplicating this success with your IBOs and helping them personally sponsor and receive a bonus on their personally enrolled IBO’s initial orders as well! Simply make sure you meet the minimum requirements, and then you are on your way to receiving extra rewards for introducing others to the amazing mission of GOFoods Global!

To qualify for a Fast Start Bonus you must be an Active IBO. To be considered “active” an IBO must be in good standing with the company and have generated at least 100 PV in a given bonus period.

4. 42% Unilevel Commission (Monthly)

When you help others become an active IBO, GOFoods rewards you for building your team and helping us spread the word. Qualified IBOs can earn up to 42% of the Commissionable Volume down 9 levels according to their current rank. When an IBO is not qualified to receive a particular commission, Dynamic Compression pushes volume up to the next active, qualified IBO and the commission is paid to that IBO.

To qualify for a Unilevel Commission: Be an active IBO and generate at least the minimum required Personal Group Volume (PGV) in a calendar month according to the rank chart (above).

5. Rank Advancement Bonus (As Earned)

The Bonus consists of 1% of the global monthly CV. The Bonus is used to reward qualified IBOs a one time Rank Advancement Bonus.

6. Global Leadership Pools (Monthly/Quarterly)

As you strive to help your team members become successful leaders, you can earn rich rewards from two lucrative global leadership pools, a 4% Monthly Leadership Pool, and a 2% Quarterly Pool. These percentages consist of the total worldwide CV. You can earn shares in each pool depending on your total monthly Personal Group Volume (PGV) according to the chart below. Payout per share is calculated by dividing the total number of shares in the pool by the total dollar value in each pool.

To qualify for participation in the Global Leadership Pools: Be an active IBO with at least 200 PV and meet the qualification of the ranks according to the chart above. To qualify for quarterly payouts, you must meet the minimum monthly qualifications each month in the respective quarter.

GLOSSARY

IBO: Independent Business Owner. A person or entity which holds a position in the GOFoods downline tree. IBOs can purchase products at wholesale prices, sell them at retail for a profit, and participate in the GOFoods compensation program.

Active Independent Business Owner (“IBO”): An IBO who satisfies the minimum Personal Volume requirements, as set forth in the GOFoods Global Compensation Plan, to ensure that he or she is eligible to receive bonuses and commissions.

Retail Profit: The difference between wholesale and retail/preferred customer pricing (up to 25%)

Fast Start Bonus: A one-time weekly payout to an IBO whose enrollee purchases a Fast Start Pack or places an initial order with CV. The bonus pays up to 45% of the total CV from all initial orders placed within 30 days of enrollment.

Unilevel Commission: A monthly payout which is the basis of the GOFoods compensation program. It pays 42% of the total CV from all product purchases to qualifying IBOs up 9 levels.

Global Leadership Pools: A monthly or quarterly payout mechanism which rewards IBOs for leadership in building teams and helping other IBOs succeed.

HDP: Home Delivery Program. A program by which IBOs can set up a recurring monthly purchase for their convenience.

PV: Personal Volume. The personal purchases and sales of an IBO during a given pay cycle. PV is used to calculate rank advancements and qualifications for commissions.

PGV: Personal Group Volume. The total PV of each member in the IBOs Unilevel Tree as well as their own PV, irrespective of level.

CV: Commissionable Volume. The value assigned to each product upon which commissions are paid. CV is used to calculate commission payouts.

Dynamic Compression: The process by which volume is rolled up to the level at which commissions will be earned.

100, 200, 500 Clubs: IBOs who have attained 100, 200, and 500 PV respectively during a 7 day period pursuant to the Fast Start Bonus.
